Returns & Refunds


MoJo Soap Works cannot accept the return of personal care products, but will offer a product replacement, or refund, for incorrectly shipped or damaged orders.

For bath and body items: all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of the item, we cannot refund, exchange, or return an item unless there was a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it. We do this for YOUR protection.

Non-personal care products must be returned in resale condition, and may be returned for a refund of the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt.

Note that shipping costs cannot be refunded, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us ([email protected]) prior to returning any product to ensure your return is handled appropriately.

REFUNDS:  Note that any refund will be credited through PayPal to the customer email address provided during checkout.  If you have a PayPal account, the credited funds can be claimed by logging into your PayPal account.

If you do NOT have a PayPal account, at the time the funds are credited, you will receive an email notification from PayPal about the credit, and instructions for setting up an account to claim your refund.
